In beautiful & traditional Dimitsana, adjacent to the outdoor water-power museum,
a gifted 50 acre site overlooking the unique gorge of Lucius river, we created KOUSTENIS VILLAGE, a stone built 3 star hotel complex,
introducing a new experience & entertainment mountain getaway, for all seasons.
Perched at an altitude of 900 meters and a stone's throw from the center of the village is a unique leisure retreat for all guests & travelers, lovers of Arcadia, especially the secular Dimitsana.

The complex consists of 6 large buildings that are home to 35 spacious rooms, breakfast room in the large living room with fireplace, modern conference center and recreation room. The runs are spread over an area of 50 acres and include a large garden with pergola and paved trails, a restaurant overlooking the Lousios river, playground for the little ones and of course many private parking places.

The 35 rooms & suites are all very comfortable and well furnished & decorated with impeccable taste and style. Wood is everywhere, and integrated with carpets and fabrics that add a traditional touch to a special environment. They anatomic mattresses, balcony, kitchenette and living room, tv & phone and depending on the choice some have whirlpool or jacuzzi and fireplace.
